COVID-19 conditions, which has created a larger demand in pet products as well as delays for delivery, unfortunately, at this time we cannot guarantee our Stock Availability and our Delivery Timeframes as we are very much reliant to our suppliers being able to get the products through it us. Of course, we will do our best to get the orders out quickly and will communicate with the customers of any orders that may be affected by this.

We are unable to delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Our Couriers have families as well and do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Please be prepared for slight delays to your delivery around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.
We believe in lots of communication, please include your contact number and/or any instructions on your order so we may be able to communicate for specific delivery details. Maybe we will call earlier to see if you are available to receive the delivery sooner than planned. Just as an example.
We would like to ensure your purchase get to you safely, especially in this world of parcel theft on your doorstep. We would seek to communicate with you to try to have a date when the order will be delivered.
Typically, we will leave a card to say we have tried and will try again. After the second attempt and if we have not had any contact or we are unable to contact you, the delivery may be returned to us. If it is returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or will arrange a refund of the value less any incurred delivery costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Online orders will take from 2 - 10 business days to arrive, depending on destination and shipping method.
Metro orders are usually received within five working days and up to ten days for regional and rural areas.
Delivery times may be subject to stock availability and Public Holidays, as such receipt of orders may be extended by up to 21 days.
We will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
